| Abstract: | Political outlook is generally determined by political value. The political outlook plays a role of foundation for political cognition. The political cognition is in turn influenced by political attitude. If one wants to make the education of socialist ideal and belief sturdy and effective, he must internally combine the develop- mental characteristics of his instructional subjects with this education. |
