中国文化产业发展的问题思考

摘    要:中国文化产业发展面临着政策和观念两大制约因素。中国文化产业政策重于规范文化市场而支持产业发展无力,其结构性矛盾和体制性障碍依然突出,并且与国际市场化的文化产业规则接轨力度不够;中国文化产业发展的观念注重于道德的教化和意义的追寻,文化产品缺乏大众追求的娱乐性消遣性,从而影响了文化产品市场的扩大。

Abstract:The development of China's culture industry faces the two restrictive factors such as the policy and concept. China' s culture industry policy stresses on the standardization of culture market and fails to support industry development, showing outstanding problems such as structural contradiction, constitutional obstacle and insufficient combination with that of international market. Chinese culture industry focuses on the cultivation of morality and the pursuit of meaning, neglecting the entertainment function of cultural products, which, as a result, hampers the market expansion for cultural products.
