| Abstract: | This paper aims to study the relationship between E-government and the rebuilding procedures of government organization. It reveals that the rebuilding procedures of government organization will be the strongly necessary requirement of the E-government construction. On the other hand, the implementation of e-government can achieve the government reconstruction to the purpose of an efficient, service-oriented government. |
