改革和完善审判委员会制度

审判委员会是依据现行的法律规定在法院内部设立的重要的审判机制,是我国独具特色的一项司法审判制度。其任务是总结审判经验,讨论重大或者疑难案件和其他有关审判工作的问题。审判委员会制度在其确立的相当长的一段时间内,尤其是建国时期,曾发挥了较为重要的作用。然而,近年来随着法院机构改革的不断推进,审判委员会的弊端也日益显现以致阻碍了司法公正的实现必须对其予以改革和完善。

On the Reform and Perfectness of the System of the Judicial Committee

Judicial committee is the special organization form of adjudication of China .As an organization which charges the trial work collectively,judicial committee plays an important part in summarizing trial experience ,discussing and deciding great and difficult cases.But with the reform of trial modes,the judicial committee system can not meet the demands of publicity and efficiency of trial mechanism.So it is necessity to reform the judicial committee system as sooa as possible.
