| 摘 要： | 新中国建立之初,毛泽东就如何充分发挥非公有经济的作用进行了可贵的探索,提出了利用、限制和改造非公有经济的思想。这一思想既是对当时国情的科学分析和准确把握的成果,也是毛泽东对中国共产党肩负的历史使命认识的结论。这一思想对恢复国民经济和巩固新生的政权起到了重要的作用,对于当今充分发挥好非公有经济的作用具有重要的启示。

| Abstract: | Just after the founding of the People's Republic of China, based on a scientific analysis of China's teal situations and on understanding about the historical missions shouldered by CPC, Mao Zedong explored the possible ways to play the part of non - public sector and presented the thinking on using, restricting and reforming the sector.This thinking played an important part in restoring the national economy and in consolidating the newbom political power. Even today,we can gain enlightenment from it about how to give scope to initiative of the non - public sector. |
