| Abstract: | After Soviet collapse,Russia conferred more stress on higher education development although it hasn't extricated itself from a difficult economic position.It has made a great effort to respond to the trend of higher education development in the world and renew the concept of its higher education.This mainly embodies the educational privatization and pluralization and the cooperation and exchange with foreign educational institutions. |
