| Abstract: | Teachers' congress system is a basic form of democratic management in colleges and universities. We should strengthen the CPC's leading role, arouse teaching and administrative staff to carry on democratic management and supervision according to law, gradually regulate work process of teachers' congress and bring its role into full play. |
