| 摘 要： | 基于企业家能力在社会主义市场经济运行中的重要意义，以及欠发达地区经济发展过程中企业家能力培育的基本矛盾和问题，在当前树立和落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的宏观大背景下审视欠发达地区经济发展的历史机遇，以企业家能力建设为依托的发展战略是欠发达地区经济发展的必然选择。

Facing the historical opportunities in the current political and economic circumstances, the underdeveloped areas should choose and carry out entrepreneur talent based strategy to develop the economy today. |
