论国民党江西省干部训练工作的缺失及原因

中国国民党江西省的干训工作从1932年开始至1949年结束,历经县政研究会和县政训练所、地方政治讲习院、地方行政干部训练团以及省训练团四个时期。干训规模逐渐扩大,组织机构渐趋完善,取得了一定效果。但由于训练方式、考核方式、讲师素质、经费、训练成绩的运用等方面存在的问题,使得训练效果不尽人意。究其根源,症结在于国民党的干部政策、指导思想、廉政建设、组织结构等方面的弊端。

On the Lack of Kuomintang Cadres Training and Its Causes in Jiangxi Province

KMT in jiangxi Province began to train cadres from 1932 to 1949.The training contained four stages,training local politics,local administrative cadre training workshops,group and province Training Corps.Thus,the range of training was gradually expanded and the organization became perfect.But because of the training mode,examination mode,quality of lecturers,funding,training applica tion still had problems,and the training results was not satisfying.By Investigating its causes,there are some disadvantages in KMT cadre policy,guiding ideology,construction of a clean and honest administration,organization,etc.
