失业女性心理状况调查与研究

长期以来,失业问题在中国庞大的劳动力供给背景下显得异常突出,如果我们在失业人员的前面再加上女性两个字,就会使这一社会现象徒增几分酸楚与悲凉。对北京市西城区下岗失业女性的调查发现:她们大多处于中年,参加工作年限长,失业持续时间久,学历层次低,大部分存在婚姻关系。失业对女性及其本人的影响很大,她们不同程度地存在自卑感、焦虑症、抑郁症、挫折感、恐怖症等倾向。促使女性产生以上不正常心理特征的直接原因是失业,根本原因是经济来源减少或丧失。

The Survey and Study of the Mental State of Unemployed Women

In China,the unemployment has been a flinty problem under the circumstances of the huge supply for labor for a long time.If female has to become the jobless in our society,it will make us feel sad.From the investigation of the East-city District of Beijing,we discovered that most of them are of middle age,having worked for years,achieving low qualifications and having got married.Career is an important factor influencing women and their families.To some extent they suffer from inferiority complex,anxiety neurosis,tristimmania,sense of frustration,and phobophobia.The direct reason resulting in these abnormal mental features is unemployment,and the basic reason is the reduction and the loss of financial resources.
