| 摘 要： | 在当前条件下,刑释解教人员的构成、特点以及回归社会后的地位、环境、心态等较之以前发生了一系列深层次的变化,如何做好刑释解教人员的安置帮教工作是我们亟待解决的问题。笔者认为,新时期条件下的安置帮教工作应逐步走社会化、市场化、法制化的道路。
