摘要：	2011年是中国与东盟正式建立对话关系的第20个年头.20年来,中国与东盟的关系一直保持了步步登高,不断巩固和发展的态势;在"相互尊重、睦邻友好;求同存异、和谐相处"的16字方针指导下,中国与东盟的关系更加理性和务实地发展,为全球化和区域一体化时代国家之间、国家与区域组织之间,以及区域组织之间关系的健康、稳定发展提供了可资借鉴的经验.
