| 摘 要： | 产业园区要给园区内的企业带来价值,这是产业园区的价值所在。产业园区要兴旺就得通过上市等资本运作塑造产业内企业"一超多强"的局面。由于投资数额大,广西北部湾经济区产业园区建设要警惕资金链断裂的风险。另外,29个产业园区分为五个组团,各个组团的发展策略是不同的。

| Abstract: | The value of the park lies at who brings the value to the enterprises in it.The thriving industrial park operates through the capital market and shapes the enterprises to be"one superpower and many powers".As the huge investment,construction of Guangxi Industrial Park in Beibu gulf should guard against that money strand maybe break.At the same time,29 parks are divided into five groups,and each group’s development strategy is different. |
