| Abstract: | After the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, a lot of criminal problems are to be solved. The problems such as who shall be responsible for the buildings destroyed in the earthquake, how to determine the cases such as spreading scandals, doing illegal business, the victims＇ robbing relief materials. These cases shall be carefully studied and dealt with according to their circumstance. |
