| Abstract: | The traditional legal culture of minority nationalities,with a time-honored history,is one of the most important parts of Chinese legal system.Some of those traditions still exist and contribute a lot to Chinese legal system,therefore,we should cherish,protect,explore and make use of them,so that contribute a lot to the development of rule of law in the Western China as well as the development of new socialist countryside. |
