| 摘 要： | 监狱是依附于国家的一个“特殊标志物”。监狱工作作为加强社会主义法治建设的一个重要部分 ,很显然 ,应当体现和贯彻政治文明的要求 ,呼应政治文明的建设大局。当代监狱的进步文明的价值在于要与时俱进 ,赋予和开发其具有时代意义、创新意义、引导社会发展意义的崭新价值。法治、权利、科学、改造、文明、谦抑等是中国现代监狱制度的价值。

The value of the modern prison lies in improvement with times, and pushing the social development. Legality, right, science, correction, civilization and modesty are all value of China modern prison system. |
