宪法学的集体心智——读朱国斌的《中国宪法与政治制度》

十多年前，准备考研时，朱老师的《中国宪法与政治制度》（法律出版社1999年第1版，2006年第2版）这本书，我读了又读。此後，在教学中，我一直把它当作教科书。今天，我仍然认为，这是适合本科生阅读的最好的宪法学教科书之一。

More than 10 years ago, at the time when 1 was making preparations for taking examinations for admission as a graduate student, I spent time repeatedly reading the book The Chinese Constitution and Political System written by Master Zhu Guobin （published by the Publishing House of Law, first edition in 1999, second edition in 2006）. Afterwards, I have always used this book as a formal textbook in my career as a teacher of law. Today, I still consider this book to be a best textbook on constitutional jurisprudence suitable for study by undergraduate students.
