| 摘 要： | 综述了山羊传染性胸膜肺炎、传染性无乳症、猪支原体肺炎、牛传染性胸膜肺炎和牛支原体病等几种重要的家畜支原体疾病疫苗的优点、缺点、研究进展以及应用情况,展望了利用基因工程技术开发有关新型疫苗的前景,旨在为研制新型家畜支原体疾病疫苗、减少其对家畜养殖带来的损失提供思路。
