| 摘 要： | 社会工作专业教育具有强化实践教育的趋势。这种教育形势要求受教育者必须具有与之相适应的能力。社会公关及个人沟通方面的能力等能帮助学生学会自我管理。强调专业能力并以此促进学生的自我管理,目的在于协助学生成长。

| Abstract: | Education of the specialty of social work is tending to strengthen practical education. This educational situation requires the educated to be able to meet the needs of situation. This ability might be represented as those of social PR and personal communication among others. The abilities will help students to master the know-how of self-controlling. In any way, the ability in specialty will be emphasized to push forward students' self-management. Its target is to support students' growth. |
