| 摘 要： | 随着美国科学家宣布世界上第一个克隆人不久将出现于世 ,法律应如何对待克隆人问题 ,已提上议事日程。本文认为 ,目前反对克隆人的理由缺乏理性与科学 ,克隆人是无法禁止的。我国立法应理性对待 ,允许有条件的克隆人 ,并就有关立法提出了初步的设想。

| Abstract: | Since some American scientists have announced that the first cloning human will soon appear in the world, the problem how the laws treat the cloning men have been put on the schedule. The article thinks human cloning cannot be prohibited completely and our laws should hold rational attitude toward it and permit the limited human cloning. It gives preparatory legislative considerations as well. |
