| Abstract: | In 1990s, based on the dramatic changes of domestic and international situation, Vietnamese government adjusted its foreign strategies and policies four times. The new foreign strategies and policies were turned from unilateral to diversity and multilateral. The more practical foreign policies came into being.Vietnam gained great achievement in diplomatic field and laid the foundation for its development in 21st century. |
