| Abstract: | The investigation at the scene of homicide cases is a part of criminal proceedings, and its main point is on the medicolegal investigation. This paper analyzes some issues in the medicolegal investigation at the scenes of homicide cases on railway, and sums up their causes as well. It can help with the improvement of the investigation at the scene of homicide cases. |
