| 摘 要： | 警务改革是一个不断尝试的过程,无缝隙理论的注入为现行警务改革提供了一条可供借鉴的途径,流程再造后的警察组织以全新的运作方式呈现于社会公众,从而使之在安全产品的提供方面最大限度地满足公众需求。高效率,注重结果,顾客至上,这就是实施警务流程再造后公安机关的巨大改变。

| Abstract: | Police affairs reform is a gradual process. Fluent theory provides a reference for the reform. Police organization would operate in a new way after process reforger, which would satisfy the public with safe products. After reforge process of police affairs, public security become more efficient and pay attention to result and customer first. |
