Corruption is related to China＇s financial activities closely.Only public financial activities,we can supervise the financial activities.Construction of a clean and honest government is a long-term project,at the same time,open finance is the foundation.This paper gives a generalized definition of the financial activities,financial activities should be open to discussion,pointed out that the financial activities are open in advance politics incorruptibility construction to build the basic position,explore the effective way of public finance,financial disclosure requirements and the basic content,aimed to find the new way of anti-corruption.
