A New Exploration of the Positioning of Foreign Affairs Management at a Local University

With the further development of international exchange and collaboration at a university setting,foreign affairs management at a local university is confronted with new opportunities and challenges. Foreign Affairs Office,therefore,shall carry out a more sci- entific exploration on the positioning of its work content,including a thorough quest of managerial concept and implementation of managerial tactics.
