| 摘 要： | 深化行政审批制度改革是转变政府职能的突破口,是目前各级政府面临的一项重要任务。行政许可法的颁行,为深化行政审批制度改革提供了良好的机遇。本文在分析我国现行行政审批制度存在的问题的基础上,从六个方面对如何深化行政审批制度改革进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Deepening the reform of administrative examination and approval system is the breaking point to transform the goverment function,and an important task faced by all-level government.The enforcement of the Administration Permission L aw provides an opportunity to deepen the reform.The author explores how to deepe n the reform in the six respects on the basis of the analysis on the proplems ex isting in the current administrative examination and approval system. |
