| 摘 要： | 近十多年来，我国沿海地区出现了多种类型的工会组建模式，主要有市场工会和行业工会模式、项目工程工会模式、社区工会模式、工业园工会模式和农民工租住地工会模式等。为了使这些新模式工会健康发展，需要党委和工会领导机关结合实际，转变思路；打破界限，整合资源；弱化干预，强化职能，切实解决这些新模式工会中存在的各种具体问题。

| Abstract: | Over the past 10 years, a variety of trade union models have emerged in China＇s coastal areas, including small market union and trade union model, the project union model, community union model, industrial parks and rented to migrant workers union mode. Making these new unions models healthily develop needs the party committees and union leadership departments to integrate reality, change thinking; break the boundaries, integrate of resources; weaken intervention, strengthen the functions and effectively solve the problems that exist in these new union models. |
