| Abstract: | Since the reinstitution and reestab lishment of organs of public prosecution in China 30 years ago,particularly since the convening of the 15^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） in 1997, organs of public prosecution across China have undergone a series of systemic and institutional reforms in accordance with the planning of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government. |
