| 摘 要： | 普京执政后，从俄罗斯地缘政策和国家利益出发，大力调整对独联体国家的外交政 策，将独联体确定为俄罗斯外交政策的优先方面。一年多来，俄罗斯的独联体新政策取得很 大成效，俄罗斯与独联体国家的关系大为改观，并进一步加强了在该地区的主导地位。

| Abstract: | Since Putin's coming into power and proceeding from the considerations of Russian geopolicies and national interests, great adjustments have been made in the diplomatic policies towards the Commonwealth of Independent States. Now one year has passed and the new policy has worked well. The relations between Ru ssia and the Commonwealth of Independent States are improved greatly and the dom inant position in the region is further reinforced. |
