| 摘 要： | 高职法律类职业技术教育,必须以开放和实践为特色,在专业设置上实行大专业多方向的迁移型人才培养模式、突出能力结构的复合性、架构基础和专业选修两个模块课程体系,推行开放的教学方式和采用协同的及实践性的教学方法。

| Abstract: | The professional technical education of law major in vocational college must take opening to the outside world and the practice as the characteristic.In speciality establishment,the aim should be foster multi-angle migration talent person pattern,make ability structure compound,construct two modules curricula system separately in foundation and specialty, carries out the opening teaching way and uses the coordination and practical teaching method. |
