| 摘 要： | 从我国台湾地区债务不履行之发展趋势,发现近来台湾地区最高法院的判决,对于从给付义务之违反、附随义务之违反以及不完全给付的法律关系,着墨甚多,理由构成多属严谨,似乎已经点出我国台湾地区契约法未来的研究方向,殊值重视。

| Abstract: | Taking the developing trend of the non-performance of debt into consideration, the judgments in the high court in Taiwan area pay much attention to the violation of the accessory contract obligation and the accessory obligation that is the legal relationship of incomplete payment responsibility. The constitution of the reasons is rigorous. It seems that it has pointed out the researching direction of the contract law in the future in Taiwan. So we must pay attention. |
