摘    要:新建企业由于没有组建工会 ,劳动关系处于不规范状态 ,侵害职工合法权益的现象时有发生。把新建企业广大职工组织到工会中来 ,是工会工作的当务之急。只有把工会组织起来 ,才能建立起调整劳动关系的机制 ,才能从政治上、经济上维护职工的合法权益 ,使新建企业的劳动关系向规范化的方向发展。

Abstract:As there are no trade unions, the labor relations are in a state of non- standardized, and the infringements on the lawful rights and interests of workers and staff sometimes take place. Organizing the numerous workers and staff in the new enterprises to join trade unions is a task of top priority. Only we form trade unions, can we set up the mechanism to adjust the labor relations, and assert the lawful rights and interests of workers and staff politically and economically , so as to make the labor relations of the new enterprises develop in standardized direction.
