| Abstract: | After the Revolution of 1911, the capitalist class imitated western countries and pursue multi-party competition and parliamentarism, but finally ended in failure. Practice proves that selection of political party system cannot be separated from the actual situations of the country. To review the pursuit and failure in early Republic of China, to analyze the reason for failure and to learn the lessons drawn from others' mistakes may help us better understand today's selection of political party system. |
