| 摘 要： | 贷款诈骗罪是严重扰乱社会主义市场经济秩序的经济犯罪。司法工作人员在实践中对贷款诈骗罪与非罪的认定和处理常有困惑 ,从而影响对此类犯罪的惩处 ,因此 ,应正确认识贷款诈骗罪与借贷纠纷的区别以及贷款诈骗与票据诈骗的区别
