毒品问题与中亚安全

近年来,中亚地区的毒品生产和交易活动日渐猖獗,毒品问题已成为中亚国家的主要威胁。严重的毒品问题是国内外因素共同作用的结果,同时,它对中亚地区及其包括中国在内的周边国家产生的消极影响不容忽视。在上海合作组织的框架下加强国际合作,共同应对毒品问题所带来的巨大挑战,有助于维护中亚地区的安全与稳定,也符合中国的利益。

Drug Problem and Regional Security in Central Asia

In recent years,drug problems have become a primary threat on the Central Asia states while drug production and trafficking in this region grew more and more active.Serious drug problems are the result of both internal and external factors.At the same time,its negative effects imposed on Central Asian stares and thosearound this region,including China,should not be neglected.Under the framework of SCO,enforcing international cooperation and addressing the great challenges brought by the drug problem contribute to maintain the security and stability of Central Asia and meet the interests of China as well.
