| Abstract: | From Amarstry Sen Outlook of Free Development,the most significant achievement of 30 years＇ Reform and Opening-up in China is the enhancement of the people＇s feasibility and the expansion of the people＇s substantial freedom,the basic process is the development that is based on freedom.This paper posits that even 30 years after.The application of the Reform and Opening—up Policy.Amarstry Sen Outlook of Free Development still has great implications to the remaining problems in current China. |
