| 摘 要： | 加强社会主义新农村的法治文化建设,必须夯实法治文化建设的基础,加快农村司法改革进程.检察机关应充分发挥新时期检察工作独特的功能和优势,把检察工作与新农村建设工作有机地结合起来,为社会主义新农村法治文化建设提供有效的法律服务和司法保障.
