| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the pressure and challenge faced by China during the process of realizing the scientific leaping development, pointing out that the construction of ecological civilization has great significance to deal with those issues. Having elucidated the connotation, target and detailed approaches of ecological civilization construction, this article also raises the corresponding measures to accelerate the historic transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization and realize the scientific leaping development. |
