| 摘 要： | 董事责任险是服务于公司治理需要的保险产品，该险种在我国自面世以来遭遇了一定的市场冷遇，其重要因素之一是相关法律制度供给不足。为此，在法律层面上进行科学、周密的制度建构显得十分必要，不仅有助于为该保险产品在宏观与微观两层面的经济价值提供运作平台，而且有利于推进公司法制的进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Director liability insurance is one kind of insurance products that meets corporate governance requirement. Without enough legal system, this kind of insurance does not accept by companies. So, the system should construct scientifically and carefully. The well system can support this insurance product a flat roof in macro and microcosmic lays. At the same time, it is good for promoting the rule of companies. |
