马克思的劳动价值论与按劳分配没有内在联系。按生产要素分配,并不意味着对劳动价值论的否定。科技工作和经营管理的劳动也创造价值,并且能创造更多的价值。要把非劳动收入与剥削收入区别开来,不能把资产收入和是否雇工作为判别剥削的标准,而应依据获得收入的行为是否具有合法性作为判别剥削的标准。

Get a Better Understanding of the Theory Concerning Labour and Labour Values in Practice

Marxist theory on labour values has no tuner relations with means of distribution according to work. Distribution according to essential factors of production does not mean negation of the theory on labour values. Scientific and technological work and administrative work also create values or even more values. We must distinguish income earned by means other than manual labour from that by exploitation and should in no way decide whether it is a behavior of exploitation by the criteria as to if the income is earned by means of capital or if there is employment of labour. Whether an income if got by exploitation depends on whether it is got by a legal behavior.
