| Abstract: | The substrata of becoming rich are the banner of Deng Xiaoping's theory, Party's basic line of socialist primary stage, socialist road with China's features, central leadership of Party, national solidarity and struggle. "Keeping enterprise after becoming rich"means not pretentious, not extravagant, not impetuous, not indolent in spite of richness. |
