| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村，是党中央从贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的全局出发作出的重大战略部署。该文阐述了漾濞彝族自治县围绕“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的新农村建设20字方针，大力实施产业发展、基础设施和提高素质“三大工程”，扎实有序推进社会主义新农村建设取得的成效，总结了建设社会主义新农村的做法和经验，提出了下一步的工作思路。

| Abstract: | Constructing the Socialist New Countryside is the main strategy set by the Central Committee of CPC to implement the Scientific Outlook of Development and construct the Socialist Harmonious Society. The author elucidates the achievements gained by Yangbi Yi ethnic autonomous county to boost the construction of Socialist New Countryside, summarizes the relevant methods and experience and raises several proposals for the further development. |
