推进学习型机关党组织建设的思考

建设学习型党组织,是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程和组织保障。机关学习型党组织建设比一般基层学习型党组织建设具有特殊的意义和更高的要求。如何克服目前机关党员、党组织学习中存在的形式主义、无效学习弊端,推进学习型机关党组织建设,必须把握三个重要环节:一是在实践中逐步树立起科学先进的学习理念,是建设学习型机关党组织的灵魂;二是大力弘扬理论联系实际的马克思主义学风,向书本学习、向实践学习、向群众学习,是建设学习型机关党组织的根本方法;三是建立和完善学习的各项保障和促进机制,是建设学习型机关党组织的持久动力。

An Analysis on the Promotion of Political Study Institutes

Political study institutes are the foundation to learn and spread Marxism philosophy. Unlike the regular local political study groups, it holds a higher importance due to its missions： to eliminate formalism; to abandon blind studies; and to promote party party construction. To achieve this, there are three mission statements：to utilize scientific study methods; to theory of Marxism into the study curriculum; and to establich a complete learning system.
