农村群体性纠纷防治的法律机制

农村群体性纠纷是农村社会尖税矛盾和突出问题的特殊表现。我国农村群体性纠纷的不断发生和升级，暴露了我国在制度建设、管理措施等方面存在严重缺陷。当前，对农村群体性纠纷的解决，基层干部习惯于采用传统的思想教育手段、行政手段，对法律手段的运用较为薄弱。从方法论之角度，采用法律手段解决农村群体性纠纷是“治本”之策。因此，必须健全预防和处理农村群体性纠纷的法律机制。

Group disputes in rural areas are the reflections of social conflicts and major problems in rural society. The number of group disputes in rural areas is increasing in recent years , which shows the serious defects of policy construction and management in China. At present, the grass - root cadres are accustomed to adopting traditional methods to deal with group disputes, which seems ineffective. From the angle of methodology, it is necessary to adopt legal methods and establish a legal mechanism to prevent and cope with group disputes in rural areas.
