摘    要:案例教学是干部教育培训实践中形成和发展起来的一种较为实用和简单易行的教学方法,如何客观地认识与了解哈佛大学案例教学的主要功用及特点,实事求是地分析和研究其利弊得失,并结合我国干部教育的实际,借鉴哈佛的成功做法,积极创新培训方式、方法,努力提高培训质量和效益,本文结合在哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院培训学习的心得,对这一问题作了一些探讨。

Abstract:Case teaching,developing in the cadre education practice,is a comparatively practical and easy teaching method. The thesis combines the gains of training in the Kennedy government institute of Harvard University to do some discussions about this question how to understand and find out main functions and characteristics of case teaching of Harvard University objectively, analyzes and studies its advantages and disadvantages,combines the reality of cadre education of our country,draws lessons from the successful method of Harvard,innovates the methods of training actively and makes great efforts to improve training quality and benefit.
