| Abstract: | It is an important part of building the learning society by establishing police organ with learning character, and it is also an effective approach to improve the whole diathesis for the police organ. The main methods of building police organ with learning character include drawing a share aim, studying in a group, relieving the mind of police, inspiriting the potential of police, and setting up a long- range mechanism for police organ. |
