| Abstract: | The marriage custom of the Li nationality in Hainan Province is important to maintain the relation of marriage and family.In the modern society,we should treat the function of the law prudently and dispose perfectly the relationship of the marriage custom.The marriage custom provides new perspective to observe the rule by law and the path to development of the rule by law. |
