基于“网络平台”的“校局合作”模式探讨

基于网络平台的校局合作是指以网络平台为载体的校局合作,其必要性体现为:一是可以节约成本;二是可以推动校局合作深入展开;三是可以补充现实空间合作的缺陷。其可行性表现为:互联网的普及使网络已经成为人们生活的组成部分,使之具备了群众基础;公安系统金盾工程的实施,以及我院数字化校园工作的落实,使之具备了硬件基础;我院已与许多公安机关签署了校局合作协议,使之具备了软件基础。因此,要建立校局合作网,为校局合作提供网络平台。

On the Mode of Internet-based School-bureau Cooperation

It is necessary to carry out Internet- based school- bureau cooperation and the reasons are saving cost, accelerating the development of school - bureau cooperation and supplement the defects of cooperation. And its feasibility lies in the wide use of Internet in daily life, the implement of golden shield project in public security organs and the realization of digital campus in Guangdong Police College. Our college has signed agreements with many public security organs which provides the software base for the construction of school - bureau cooperation network.
