执行公开是保障司法公正的基本途径,是法院破除执行乱、执行难的重要手段,是浙江省法院实现"阳光司法"的重要环节之一,是审判结果由应然可能转化为实然存在的基本保障。当下,由于执行措施有限、当事人对执行过程不了解、执行法官和当事人沟通不力等因素,导致不少案件得不到有效执行,引发了当事人对法院执行部门的不信任,执行过程中导致上访、投诉等现象已成为困扰各级人民法院的突出问题。如何避免执行部门乃至法院陷入"塔西佗陷阱",已成为目前法院亟需解决的一项重大课题

How to deal with such kind of Tacitus Trap＂ has become a major task for the court.
