新形势下,交警队伍中个别交警的执法工作已不适应新形势发展需要.因此,必须加强交警队伍思想政治工作,建立健全思想政治工作的新机制建立交警思想状况信息收集系统;采取生动活泼、形式多样的工作方法;把解决思想问题和解决实际问题结合起来;思想政治工作与业务工作一体化发展;采取定性、定量相结合的方法.

On Enhancing Political Thoughts Work of Traffic Police

In the new situation, there are hedonism, ultra-egoism and some other passive emotions among our traffic police troops, some of which could not be meet the demands of the new circumstance in their work. The political thoughts work of traffic police, therefore, should be strengthened by establishing the new systems of political thoughts work and of collecting police personal thoughts.
